Help us at Bluegrass Care and Rehabilitation celebrate June!!! We will be celebrating Father’s Day with services and dinner on June 17th. National CNA week honoring all of our CNA’s the week of June 11-16. There will be outings and bowling and the flying of kites! Bingo, moving and grooving, karaoke and outdoor games.
