It’s a new year and a fresh start! We look forward to doing great things this year… with continued bible study and church services, Bluegrass bingo, celebration of Martin Luther King, and spa days. There will be outings to Roosters and Walmart. Movin’ and grooving. Movies, popcorn, coffee and donuts, and many other events. Come and join us!
Please celebrate with us as we grieve the passing (Homegoing) of our beloved South Unit nurse Ms. Sandy Kennedy!
She has given us many years of dedication and love. As her spirit of joy and celebration remains with us. She will be missed greatly by her Bluegrass Family! Pray our strength!

Today the Bluegrass family celebrates in memorial for our beloved South Unit Nurse Sandy Kennedy.
She leaves us many precious memories and will be sorely missed. The love and laughter for all residents and stakeholders will always be remembered in each one of our hearts.

Thank you so much, God, for allowing her to be a part of our lives!
We are having a memorial service today at 1:30 pm in honor of her.
Bluegrass celebrates the holidays with brunch! What an incredible turnout as the residents, their families and our stakeholders celebrate with a holiday brunch! Our newly re-elected 8th district councilman Fred Brown was on hand to join in on the festivities.

Bluegrass Care and Rehabilitation Center was honored to have Commander Dr. James Thurman and members of Navets to celebrate the 77th anniversary of Pearl Harbor Day! Our veterans received awards and were presented with care packages. We are so privileged to celebrate and remember the sacrifices made by all our veterans and the commitment to the freedom and protection of our country!

Never forget Pearl Harbor as we celebrate with our veterans the sacrifices made on the day we entered WWII. The lives that were loss and the ships that were sunk. Never forget!
We will have a Holiday Brunch on December the 8th at noon…All are invited. Walmart outings; homemaker’s gift party; piano recital; Christmas party; Christmas Carol-oke. While we move and groove, playing Bluegrass bingo. Let’s not forget bible study as we reflect on the reason for this season. So much to do and to remember, as we celebrate here in December.
